What are the Terms and Conditions?
These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the agreement between VoIP Int and a Customer of the VoIP Int services.
What about Mandatory Arbitration?
All previous provisions in the terms and conditions including previous versions of this agreement requiring arbitration are hereby withdrawn.
Where should disputes be resolved?
The venue for disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall herby be in the appropriate court of Orange County Florida.
What about VoIP Int Products?
During the Initial Term or Renewal Term of this Agreement, VoIP Int will provide the Services, set forth in the Service Order.
What conditions apply to my account?
Customer acknowledges and agrees that VoIP Int’s obligations to provide the Services are expressly conditioned upon specific points.
How does 911 & Service Limitations work?
The FCC and CRTC require that VoIP Int provide E911 Service to all Customers who use VoIP Int Services within the United States and Canada.
